Roles and Responsibilities

Handling Key Account Distributors of the Super Stockist (SS) ensuring target Monthly billing (min. 30 such Distributors to be handled)
Playing back any concerns the distributor has, to the SS as well as to the AMFP
Following up with SS / AMFP for such issue resolutions / decisions
Order picking & Product Placement in Key retailers outlets and wholesalers: 500 such outlets to be handled by DSR
Beat of 25 key retailers per day in the base town assigned to him ~ thus DSR will be able to cover 500 outlets in 20 working days
Ensuring good visibility at such outlets by making use of collaterals given by Asian Paints
Playing back any concerns the Retailer has, to the Distributor as well as to the AMFP
Following up for such issue resolutions / decisions
Monthly scheme communication to be done to SS’s Distributors & Key Retailers of Distributors
Targeted monthly secondary sale from DSR: 15 lakhs Desired Candidate Profile
