Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Laboratory Technician at Anandlok Hospital Gorkhnath Gorkhpur located in Gorakhpur. The Medical Laboratory Technician will perform laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data necessary for diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The Technician will also be responsible for ensuring the laboratory is well-stocked, clean, and functioning smoothly.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician or Technologist
  • Ability to operate laboratory equipment and analyze results accurately
  • Experience with laboratory procedures and best practices
  • Working knowledge of computers, including MS Office and laboratory information systems (LIS)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with standard laboratory safety protocols and guidelines
  • Certification by ASCP, AMT or a nationally recognized certification agency preferred
