  • Experience on the Avaya voice Platform including the contact centre
  • Strong knowledge and extensive experience in dial plan designs and implementation.
  • Plan and configure SIP, PRI, Session Border Controllers, and telephony architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Avaya features (Site Administrator, Session Manager, CMS installation, One X Agent & Communicator, Call Center, Phone Configuration, Tracing call routes & Support Tools)
  • Solid experience with voice gateways: MGCP, SIP, H. 323, SCCP, digital PRI / T1, analog FXO / FXS on Cisco 2900/3900/4000, and legacy devices
  • Managing end-to-end user queries related to Avaya and related device
  • Troubleshooting Contact centre call routing issues independently
  • Should have good knowledge of Avaya Adjuncts like AES, CMS, IX messaging and IX workplace
  • Solid experience with IP routing/switching and QoS.
  • Administrating and maintaining of Avaya Voice Infrastructure and handling escalations for Avaya Aura CM, Gateways, CMS, etc.
  • Supporting technical issues and coordinating with clients/Vendors for any Incident/Change Request.
  • Well-versed with ASA, Putty, SSH, SAL etc.
  • Good Knowledge of CM, System Platforms, Virtual Machines, LSP/ ESS concepts, networking, HLD and LLD.
  • Understanding of in Primitive maintenance, installation activities, Firmware, Patch upgrades on Circuit Pack and Media Modules.
  • Sound knowledge in Servers Linux paths and logs search.
  • Should have understanding of issues related to SIP call flow and SIP logs
  • Provide and maintain detailed design and build documentation.
  • Provide best practice recommendations for Migration scenarios, Coexistence and Interoperability.
Requirements
  • Should have 5+ years of Experience
  • Prior hands-on experience in designing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting Avaya IP telephony systems.
  • Experience in working with Communication Manager 5x, 6.x , 7.x and 8.x 10.x, IP Office (Must Have), CMM, Avaya Virtualization Platform/ESXi VMWARE, System and Session manager, System Platform, AVAYA Media Gateway, Media Server, G350, G450, G650
  • Experience in handling AVAYA endpoints 2600, 4600, 9600 and J Series, Conference endpoints, Softphone ONE-X, ONEX-CES, Equinox, Workplace, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, qualified candidates must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization and customers effectively.
  • Excellent testing, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to isolate problems and implement solutions.
  • Strong process-oriented engineer with strong documentation skills.
