Please find the job description for the position of Online Tutor below.You will have to appear for the test that will be taken at our end and the client’s end as well. These tests will be based on the syllabus that is attached. You will receive the Test Link and your User ID and Password by mail a day before your scheduled test date.

Job Description –

· Online tutoring High Grade (9th – Graduation Level) U.S. students.

· This process is chat based.

Essential Competencies

· Excellent subject knowledge.

· Ability to communicate scientific and subjective concepts clearly in English.

· Basic computer operating skills.

· Hands on experience in surfing Internet, using search tools like Google etc.

· Typing speed 25-40 word/mins.

1. Name of the position: Online Tutor

2. Mode: Work from Home

3. Subject: Intermediate Statistics

4. Work Timings: 10:30 PM to 11.30 AM
5 days a week (Monday – Friday)

(You can choose your own flexible working hours between this time frame, Minimum – 3 hours and Maximum – 6 hours)

5. Open Book Exam : Please note that this will be an open book test. You can use your subject books, personal notes & calculator during the test.

6. Compensation –

***Please note that there will be 10% TDS deduction.

Selection process:

· First round: - Online Subject Test

· Second round: - Telephonic Round

· Third round : - Documentation

· Final round: - Training (Client subject test and Mock test).

***On being selected as a Tutor, a software will be installed in your PC/Laptop to monitor tutoring sessions.
