Key Responsibilities:

Client Coordination:Communicate with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
Assist in designing and customizing travel itineraries to meet client needs.
Address client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.

Booking and Reservations:Manage flight, hotel, transportation, and other travel bookings using reservation systems.
Confirm reservations and ensure accuracy of travel documents.

Vendor Relations:Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to secure bookings and negotiate rates.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure seamless operations.

Logistics and Documentation:Organize travel logistics, including transfers, visas, and travel insurance.
Prepare and maintain travel documentation, itineraries, and invoices.

Quality Control:Conduct quality checks on all travel arrangements to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requests.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during travel.

Emergency Assistance:Provide support to clients in case of travel disruptions or emergencies.
Assist with rebooking flights, finding alternative accommodations, and addressing travel-related issues.

Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, bookings, and payments.
Generate reports as needed for management and analysis.

Team Collaboration:Collaborate with other team members, including travel agents, sales, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Contract length: 12 months

Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
