Package Consultant: Unica

Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Unica Developer, you will

• Work in an Agile environment (with Product Owners, Requirement Managers, Developers, QA) to define requirements and design the solution, depending on the project.
• Participate in the software design, software development, and package implementation using industry standard platforms of Unica Campaign
• Interfaces with system integrators and IT engineers on projects to ensure proper adherence to SDLC and platform integrity.
• Ensures software developed is held to high quality standards through code and design reviews
• Become an integral part in complete campaign life-cycle from ideation through to results analysis
• Provide architectural oversight for new implementation projects and support client’s digital transformation program
• Coordinate with PMR(Product Maintenance Request) team and Client to resolve the issue
• Analyze and suggest the performance improvements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in IT Industry in the Unica campaign roles
• Expertise Mobile Push and Silverpop technologies
• Hands-on development experience in Unica tools
• Portfolio of previous work must be presented incorporating UI designs and/or sketches that demonstrate an understanding of wireframing, interaction design, visual design and design best practices.
• Understanding of the integration points, including timing/frequency, between IBM EMM(Enterprise Marketing Management)& other supporting applications

• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
