Required assistant physiotherapist at our MJC Muscle and Joint care Physiotherapy clinic, Kapurthala

Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Physical Therapist Assistant at the Muscle And Joint Care Physiotherapy Clinic in Kapurthala. The role involves working closely with Physical Therapists to develop and implement patient treatment plans, as well as assisting patients with exercise programs and rehabilitation. The position will also entail maintaining patient records and assisting with patient education.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  • Physical Therapist Assistant licensure in the state of Punjab, India
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation techniques
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work closely with patients and other healthcare professionals
  • Ability to maintain accurate patient records and rehabilitation progress
  • Experience with patient education and instruction on home exercise programs
  • Experience working with a diverse patient population and being culturally responsive
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • MIAP
  • One year of experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant is preferred, but not required
