Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant HR to oversee all aspects of human resources at our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, fostering positive industrial relations, managing administrative tasks, implementing effective recruitment strategies, and driving employee training and development initiatives.Key Skills
  • Compliances: Ensuring adherence to all relevant labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies, while maintaining a compliant work environment.
  • Liasoning: Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with government authorities, unions, and other external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and dispute resolution.
  • Industrial Relations (IR): Handling employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and maintaining a harmonious work environment to promote productivity and employee satisfaction.
  • Administration: Overseeing various HR administrative functions, such as attendance tracking, payroll processing, record-keeping, and employee documentation.
  • Recruitment: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates who align with the company’s values and requirements.
  • Training & Development: Implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance employees’ skills, knowledge, and overall professional growth.
