We are hiring for the position ofPrinter support Engineer at SriHarikota location

Work Location: SriHarikota

Experience : 2-6 years

Job Description:

1. Candidate should have technical support experience.

2. Should have troubleshooting experience

3. worked into core printer/ copier

4. worked as Field Engg / Service Engg.

5. worked as Printer support engineer.

KeyAccountabilities:
• Maintain & capture all required incident information in the appropriate system; according to the established Technical Guidelines
• Escalate an incident in the appropriate time frames, to the appropriate level & ensure all process requirements are fulfilled
• Manage Knowledge as appropriate; Document and communicate technical information via documentation updates within the Knowledge base systems, targeting the appropriate audience; i.e. Customers & support team members
• Proactively engage in continuous learning, utilizing a Personal Development Plan (PDP), completing and provide feedback on product and related training within required timeframes, to ensure ongoing support of future products and services.

Mandatory

EDUCATION : BE, Btech , Diploma in ECE with first class

CERTIFICATION : HP Printer Certificate
