We wish to appoint professionals passionate about brand building and customer development in Key segments of Pediatric dermatology.

Education : - B. Sc/ B. Pharm/ MBA in Marketing

Work Location: - Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Experience: - minimum 3-7 years in PMT with proven track record.

Age:- Up to 35 yrs.

Salary: - Rs. 3.60 -10.00 lakh/ Annum

Skills and Competencies: -

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with strong convincing skills.
  • Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals.

Job Description: -

1. Proven Experience in the Pharma industry specially in Product Management or in Sales & Marketing mainly pediatric -dermatology segment.

2. Defines the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our pediatric dermatology brands – Histocalamine & Somamoist.

3. Analyzing the market, competition & conducting market research to identify opportunities, threats & key issues.

4. Product Life Cycle Management to build strong portfolios.

5. Monitor marketing expense budget within agreed norms while developing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

6. Tracking, analyzing and reviewing the performance of the regions against targets and working with stakeholders to resolve issues.

7. New product identification and successful launches to increase revenue.

8. Continuous evaluation of scope of new launches in the segment.

9. Coordinating with sales to achieve desired goals for brands.

10. Portfolio analysis & nurturing key markets for sales growth opportunities

11. Designing brand marketing strategies, cycle plans, product promotional strategies.

12. Ready to do field work / visits with sales team to impart their learnings & identifying training need for Business Growth.

13. Defines what to solve in the market needs document, where you articulate the valuable market problem you’re solving along with priorities and justification for each part of the solution.
