Description of qualifications, education and experience required:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communications); Engineer with strong academic background (minimum 60 % in all 8 semesters of engineering) with 2 to 4 years of experience; Strong background of electrical and electronics fundamentals; Good knowledge of control systems, electrical distribution/generation systems; Familiarity with IEC and MIL Standards used for control and automation; Strong English language skills (especially reading and writing); Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision; Willingness to travel and work at customer site.



Description of duties:

Setting to work and commissioning of marine control systems onboard naval ships; Support acceptance testing of the control system; Liaison work with shipyard authorities for obtaining approval of design documents, delivered material inspections etc.
