Our client is a leading global manufacturer of Bio-organic products. They supply to leading global corporations in sectors such as Food, Pharma, Paper, Polymer, etc. They have a state of art manufacturing facility in West Godavari District. Andhra Pradesh.

Key role and responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of EPC projects within the agro based products industry, from project initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing detailed timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality assurance teams, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review milestones, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to ensure optimal financial performance.
• Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and materials sourcing, to meet project requirements while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards throughout all project phases.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, streamline workflows, and maximize operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate passion for project management and a holistic understanding of civil construction, machinery erection, piping, commissioning of the factory, electrical, and instrumentation layout requirements.

Preferred Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing EPC projects within the agro-processing industry.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management, demonstrating a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and MS Office suite.
• Thorough knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required for project assignments.
