QuAbout Company: The organization is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-performance Injection Molded Engineering Plastic Components which are used for various industries such as Agro pumps, Indian Railways (IR), Telecom, and other industrial applications.


Designation: Quality Engineer.

Qualification: CIPET/Diploma-Plastics

Experience: Min. 2 Years

Location: Billimora


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Incharge of supplier Quality & Inward Quality of Raw material
  • Worked for Line Inspection and Pre Dispatch Inspection.
  • Supplier visit for trial, development, and conducting Quality audits
  • Third-Party Inspection of the Supplier Raw Material to cross-check RMTC.
  • Made QAP/ IQP based on the required dimensions and monitor SPC of CTQ dimensions.
  • Made defect library for the common rejection reasons of supplier RM and Moulded component at finishing stage.
  • Monitoring SDPM, Supplier performance rating,
