Job Description

  • Good experience in IT /Digital Technologies
  • Ability to successfully develop and maintain strong, proactive relationships with Stake holders.
  • Good Knowledge of accepted employment practices
  • Good computer skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Prior experience with automated resume tracking systems is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are critical.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies in order to attract, screen and select high quality candidates.
  • Must possess a strong drive for results with the ability to operate successfully in a team- based environment.
  • Ability to assist managers with salary negotiations. Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and judgement sufficient to handle sensitive employment issues.
  • Must have judgement sufficient to analyse job requirements, determine applicants abilities, and to make hiring decisions.
