At Aqgromalin, we help farmers diversify into Animal Husbandry and Aquaculture. We develop an app based platform where farmers can order live input materials. We also develop technology solutions that improve farming efficiencies in poultry rearing and aquaculture production.


Product Marketing:

  • Localization of Brand plans and campaigns and drawing actionable plans for respective markets (animal Husbandry Products listed in AQAI app)
  • Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional activities as part of brand building and market development effort
  • Planning, budgeting and execution of marketing and branding activities Tracking, Monitoring and measurement of performance of activities (ROI) and doing course correction

Sales:


  • Leading and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations
  • Driving Sales initiative achieving desired targets with overall responsibility of return on investment.
  • Networking with financially strong and reliable partner, resulting in deeper market penetration improved market share
  • Set up the processes, guidelines, system and staffing with regards to four key functions (new business partners, market development, technical training and fulfilling sales targets for the complete product portfolio of the company).
  • Actively involving in the selection and management of various vendors required for activities that have been outsourced for better cost and turnaround time.

Strategic Planning:


  • Developing and executing Market Segment strategy for new products. Collaborating with Marketing team to drive the execution of Market Segment initiatives, campaigns to educate target farmers.
  • Guide sales team in identifying the right product fit against competition.
  • Develop market intelligence knowledge conducive to business development, by assessing the regional crop wise / product wise potential and existing market size

Requirements

  • Bsc./Msc.Agriculture
  • Bsc./Msc. Horticulture
  • Bsc./Msc.Fisheries
  • MBA ( Marketing Operations)
  • Exposure in Field Sales
