1. Develop Work instructions, Data cards, SOP’s, Record forms, Process parameters, Repair process required for the new repair, Assembly/Dis-assembly procedures.

2. Coordinating for Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) on the Gas Turbine overhaul shop.

3. Create Master Database for all tooling - gauges, fixtures, consumables & hand tool and inserted all required tooling into Work Instructions.

4. To implement Process certification, which is one of customer Process Quality Control tool which identifies risks, takes preventive actions to them, observes processes, collects & analyze data, improves, control processes, robustly to demonstrate product conformity

5. To create Quality plan and FAI, which are used to ensure objective evidence exists that all Engineering requirements and characteristics are properly understood and validated when performing a repair for the first time

6. To create ballooning for the completed Work Instructions, processes, part characteristics.

7. He/she should develop technical drawings and specifications, and provide technical support to the technicians as and when required

8. Candidate should be agile and quickly adapt to other duties as required and requested by the management or customer
