Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor the KPIs of the return process and work to achieve set target levels for respective regions.
Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations for Returns business function of respective regions.
Coordinate with state and regional level leadership team to achieve set performance targets of Return process for each state and zone.
Support Regional Geography team in implementation of system, policies and processes related to Return process.
Support regional & state teams in resolving issues in Return operations.
Ensure strict adherence to Return SOPs at respective zonal level.
Proactively raise issues / alarms to manager or stakeholders.
