Job Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Location: Pune

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for new client acquisition in the market segments based on
agreed business plan
  • Implementation and management of sales forecasting, planning, and
budgeting processes
  • Provide sales leadership to the assigned territory or a client set.
  • Responsible for achieving annual sales target including TCV and recurring
Annual revenue ACV
  • Partners with senior leadership to identify opportunities for sales process
improvement.
  • Facilitates successful implementation of new programs through the sales
organization by ensuring compliance to the defined sales process.
  • Ensures sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the
sales organization.
  • Demonstrates strong sales and relationship skills in the enterprise
segment for IT solutions /platforms
  • Strong network with clients and CIOs, demonstrates deep understanding
of the industry – Banking, FSS, others
  • Assertive sales behavior especially in fighting competition
  • Very strong negotiation skills and influencing ability
  • Technology awareness of AI, Automation, and Analytics etc. is not
mandatory but preferred.

Required Education Experience Skill:
Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree & MBA.
Fresher with a good academic record
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative & Analytical ability.
Relationship building/Networking skill with clients
Willingness to learn from Industry Stalwarts
