We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing the unique features and capabilities of RChilli products to prospective clients through engaging and persuasive demonstrations. You will play a critical role in closing sales deals by effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions and addressing the specific needs and requirements of potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional presentation skills, and a quick understanding of our products and their benefits. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Experience: 3+ Years (Must have work experience of the US, Europe, AMEA, and APAC.)

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field .
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales role specializing in product demonstrations, preferably in the SaaS or IT industry.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our solutions’ features, functionality, and benefits.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing sales ranging from $200K to $500K on a yearly basis.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their use case, business challenges, goals, and requirements, and tailor product demonstrations to address their specific needs.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products and demonstrate how they can solve the client’s pain points and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, schedule product demonstrations, and follow up with prospects to advance the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and users, to facilitate the sales process.
  • Stay updated on product developments, enhancements, and industry trends to ensure accurate and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.
  • Track and report on product demonstration activities, sales pipeline, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share by market research and relationship building to create targeted campaigns and drive results.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Capability to showcase data-making dashboards and Excel reports.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, competitors activities and emerging technologies to remain at the forefront of the market and improve sales strategies.

Technical Background

  • Must have hands-on experience on CRM tools like - Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce etc.
  • Experience in B2B sales in SaaS.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Comfortable to work in EST (US) time zone.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
