POST : Senior Branch Manager
LOCATION : Erode,Tamilnadu

For our newly opened showroom,

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior branch manager

SBM is the Responsible for handling store operations, Sales, Customer Relationship and people Management.

Minimum 3 years’ Experience as Store/Showroom Manager/In-charge in Jewelry or Related Field.

1. Assign & follow employees to specific duties.

2. Keep records of purchases, sales, and requisitions.

3. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers

4. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

5. Develop business strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.

6. Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.

7. Keep records of purchases, sales, and requisitions.

8. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers.

9. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.

10. Promote Silver Purchase schemes.

11. Entire store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

12. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

13. Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.

14. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.

15. Discuss & Plan marketing activities with Top Management.
