The analysis provided by this position will have significant impact on the Supply Chain to get the visibility of the operations in terms of reports and shared tools. It should help to drive out process waste, reduce cycle time, eliminate error, and deliver precise results. The associate provides decision support by analyzing data files to uncover root causes and formulate options for the teams to consider. Managing big datasets; doing and maintain trend analysis; drive for improvements in the process. The applicant must have experience in the below process:

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Creating progress reports, proposals and other documents and presentations for active tracking and implementation of existing and new programs
  • Focus on hands-on implementation and impact of various product, process, and business changes, with a very high degree of accountability.
  • Developing business requirements and use cases, process workflows, creating project plans and timelines, and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Provide decision support and presentation materials for the Regular Business Reviews
  • Assist in automation and related developments by coding, testing, documentation, and support activities of the tools.
  • Take on and prioritize ad-hoc analysis identifying problem, root cause and the impact on organizations or processes.
  • Ability to identify issues and opportunities and recommend the solutions.
  • Perform regular reports; daily, weekly, monthly reports and reporting trend analysis on regular basis.
  • Interpreting data to identify trends and draw conclusions about business performance.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science or related discipline
  • 4-5 years of related quantitative/statistical analysis experience in high-tech or a related industry
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Supply Chain
  • Must have proficiency in MS Excel and its functions;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible in responding to deadlines and workflow fluctuations.
  • VBA/python/any programming language knowledge is preferred.
  • SQL and Python knowledge will be added advantage to this position.
  • Power BI/Tableau designing experience will be a plus.
