Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Akola. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and field service personnel, and will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to TV Tech Care products. The position will also involve testing and validating new products and solutions, and providing end-users with training on product features and functionality.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and repairing technical issues related to electronics and software systems
  • Excellent knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Able to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, and work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service, with a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and database management
  • Experience in testing and validation of electronics products and solutions is a plus
