We have an opening for a Service Engineer to meet the application support needs of customer for Quality Testing Analytical Instruments like XRF Analyzers, Spectrometers, Gas & Liquid Chromatographs, Force Gauges, Spring Testers, Viscometers, etc. at our Navi Mumbai location.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The candidate will be responsible for field visit to our all India customer network for servicing of analytical / testing & scientific instruments.
The candidate needs extensive travelling for field marketing & service of scientific / analytical instruments like XRF, Spectrometers, Chromatography, Lab Instruments, etc. (Min 50% travel).
The candidate will be responsible for the installation, training, repairs and calibrations of the above mentioned products.
The candidate must perform corrective and preventive maintenance as well as other after - sales technical support solutions. The candidate will also help sales team with backend sales operations while not on service duty.

Qualifications and Skills:

Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Understanding of tools and technology needed to complete repairs.
Diploma (Engineering) with minimum 1 to 5 years or higher experience or B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) with minimum 3 to 5 years or higher experience.
Essential working experience of onsite / field servicing of analytical/ scientific instruments is a plus.
