Job Title : Senior System Test

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our engineering group to work with the system test engineers on encryption portfolio. He/she would execute the system tests and ensure production grade quality of a security product. Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the system test team technically and be responsible for their hiring, mentoring and performance.
  • Proactive and crisp communication with necessary stakeholders like, team managers, product managers, and technical support.
  • Participate in planning of encryption portfolio product releases in alignment with all the product teams.
  • Define and implement the system test strategy from end user perspective and environment.
  • Contribute in enhancement and adaptation of the system test framework with existing and new products.
  • Have a mind-set of automation for any new development, while improving the automation of existing.
  • Keep up-to-date and flexible with technologies in the field of encryption, security, and infrastructure.
  • Being the first consumer of engineering deliverable, ensure the end product is delivered with enterprise level quality without impacting the committed timeline.
  • Be involved in real time customer issues, work together with engineering and technical support to help in reproduction, restoration and resolution.
  • Strong control on system test processes that work along with agile methodology. Job Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or, Master’s degree in computer science or, related discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in test frameworks, automation and system/integration testing
  • Solid programming skills on Python/Java/Golang
  • Experience in design and development of automation framework from scratch
  • Experience of working on large scale solutions
  • Experience of direct interaction with technical customers
  • Exposure to multiple operating systems – few distributions of Linux, Windows, AIX
  • Experience on both file system Kernel space and user space
  • Strong hands-on with physical, virtual and cloud environments/technologies
  • Experience in testing both sql/non-sql databases deployed on clustered environment
  • Experience with microservices, dockers, containers, orchestration, RESTful APIs
  • Strong problem solving and debugging skills
