The Team: a bit about us

The Solution Consulting India team is a global solution consulting team at the forefront of the entire customer experience cloud technology landscape. This collaborative team works closely with sales to uncover real business problems faced by customers and prospects and develops solutions and processes to not only overcome these obstacles but deliver phenomenal digital transformation and great customer experiences. From workshops,

whiteboarding, presentations, demonstration and proposal builds, this team works closely with all areas of the business and all aspects of a wide technology stack.

What you’ll do

A Pre-Sales Cloud Acceleration Specialist plays a crucial role in the sales process by recommending deployment configurations, architectural and product dependencies to meet customer’s use-cases, usage volumes and service levels. You will work with the sales teams in providing sizing configurations, that would be used for structuring the deal and by the provisioning team to enable those application services to the customer. This role collaborates with sales, services, product, digital strategy, as well as prospective and existing customers. The Pre-Sales Consultant must be able to easily adapt to each type of conversation, whether it’s strategic and high- level, or highly detailed and technical. You will work for primarily for Americas but could extend to global customers in EMEA and APAC need to be flexible working in those time zones. This Pre-Sales role, over time will give an opportunity for growing into a specialized solution consulting role for developing customer centric innovative solutions for complex technical and digital experience requirements. This includes the delivery of executive level demonstrations, construction of future state customer journey strategies, and developing long term IT roadmaps.

What you need to succeed

  • B. Tech/B.E. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience

  • Pre-sales consulting experience focused on the digital space/content management space.

  • Good to have experience on AEM and optionally on Magento or similar content and commerce solutions.

  • Knowledgeable about AWS, Azure and high-level understanding of CI/CD process.

  • Technical Skills on HTML, Javascript and CSS.

  • Good Understanding of digital marketing practices

  • Experience with presentation software including PowerPoint or Keynote and Excel.

  • Pitching ideas, presenting to internal/external stakeholders

  • A passion for solving problems.

  • 5+ years relevant work experience

We will provide training and support so that you can successfully grow into this role.
