Roles and Responsibilities:


HR SYSTEMS

  • Provide Tier 1 Support for Workday related queries
  • Coordinate with Tier 1.5 and Tier 2 to resolve various queries
  • Oversee and maintain Core employee data on Workday
  • Carry out system administration activities e.g. system/data checks fault-finding and resolution
  • Support others using systems e.g. Educating / Training and producing user guides.
  • Take action as directed by Manager HR Systems on HRMS requirements/activities.
  • Responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive data. This covers data such as absence, turnover, grades, and job evaluation/salary/bonus figures. Ensure provisions of the Data Protection Act are followed.
  • Configuring data and creating, maintaining and updating report specifications / templates.
  • Support for system testing and updates
  • To maintain healthy employee relations and continually support users and various stakeholders on the use of HR Systems

EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE (India)

  • Collate data for regular statistical reports on HR information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Provide basic advice on the policies and procedures to employees and managers.
  • Submit monthly payroll inputs as per management instructions and employee requests.
  • Complete Employee Life Cycle Management from hire to retire.
  • Managing few of the Sales Distribution Lists.
  • Support on HR Systems (Workday) for business and HR processes

Headcount Reporting:

  • Monthly reconciliation and reporting of all India Sales Headcount
  • Coordinate with various stakeholder to gather & report headcount information
  • Prepare various Headcount databases & report formats for Sales Headcounts
  • Support on providing data whenever required

Audit :

  • Regularly validate and audit employee files
  • Conduct regular audits on Workday HR processes
  • Conduct regular audits on Onboarding & offboarding

External Headcount Reporting: All India :

  • Monthly reconciliation and reporting of all India External Headcount
  • Support on the global EWF project for all external workforce
  • Coordinate with various stakeholder to gather & report headcount information
  • Prepare various Headcount databases & report formats for external Headcounts
  • Support on providing data whenever required


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Post graduate qualification in HR

4-6 years of experience of which some experience in managing Workday & Employee Life Cycle is a must

  • Knowledge of the latest tools and techniques in Human Resources
  • Experience in Workday is a must
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of HR Operations and employee life cycle management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Power point & Excel)

Strong interpersonal skills


Workday experience is a must



Note: This position in on 3rd party payroll (Renewable Contract-every 6months)
