About The Job Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced civil engineer with atleast 2+ years experience in handling store, person who is organized, can do multitasking and can manage store and supplies at our site. He will be reporting to ’Project Manager’ and will be responsible for all stock and timely supply.

Job Description
  • Ensuring day to day records of material receipt and consumption as per the purchase order
  • Coordinate with material suppliers with prior consent from purchase department for timely supply
  • Ensuring site to control misuse and improper handling of material that causes breakage and wastages
  • Coordinate with project manager and inform on the status of material on periodical consumption, minimum requirement, shortages, and actual material balance to raise the material indent
  • Responsible for any other task as assigned by the management from time to time
  • Preparing MIS on monthly basis and reporting to the management

Key Skills Needed
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in store and material management.
  • Should have knowledge of MS Excel

CTC
  • Up to Rs. 2.40 lacs per year, negotiable based on competence
