We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and maximize revenue.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, professionalism, and personal growth.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering products, conducting regular audits, and implementing procedures to prevent stockouts and minimize shrinkage.
  • Design and implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize product displays and drive sales.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to attract customers and increase brand awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans, set objectives, and drive business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
