How will you make an impact?
As Documentum Systems Analyst II , you will provide technical expertise to build effective and scalable document management solutions, aligning with Thermo Fisher Scientifics standards & strategic objectives.

What will you do?
As a Documentum Systems Analyst II, you would be responsible to support the validated and non-validated production systems by resolving access, incident and change requests in timely way and enhance user experience.

How will you get here?
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Must have 5 or more years of recent development / production support experience with Documentum version 7.1 or above
  • Knowledge in working with Validated systems (CFR 9 Part 11) or Pharma industry and hands on experience with Documentum LSQM or LS suite is a must
  • Through knowledge on application support to handle L3 issues , manage SRs with OpenText , troubleshooting & log analysis
  • Ability to communicate with business to resolve defects or work on enhancements in D2/LSQM platforms
  • Experience working in UNIX & windows platform, monitoring Documentum services, log files and Troubleshooting
  • Expertise in Documentum Query Language, APIs, Foundation Classes, WDK, Business Object Framework
  • Ability to deliver validation documents such as Installation qualification
  • Thorough understanding of D2-config options, customization and deployments
  • Understanding\reviewing the Requirements and Design Specifications according to Business.
    Must have recent development experience in OpenText Documentum platform (preferably LSQM, D2 DFC/ Server version 7.x, 16.x and above)
  • Hands on experience with JAVA J2EE and DFC
  • Experience with document migration from a third party/legacy system into Documentum
  • Experience with automations, PPI is a plus

  • Webtop, D2 ,LSQM, xCP, Centerstage
  • Composer
  • HTML, XML, CSS, JSP, Java script, SOAP
  • Unix, Windows
  • CTS, BOCS, AWS
  • Tomcat
  • Webservice and Integration experience is a plus
  • DB performance analysis using AWR reporting is a plus
  • HP ALM validation tool is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment as well as work independently
  • Hands-on experience on projects in the life science domain
  • The candidate will be involved in requirement gathering, analysis, build, and test.
  • Should be familiar with Build; deployment procedures and Version control tools
  • Support, monitoring and troubleshooting of both production and non- production environments
  • Promotes support best practices and proactively takes measures to empower support teams to resolve issues with agility.
  • Clear & concise verbal and written communication skills
