Role Description:We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a background in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to join our team at Muthoot FinCorp Ltd. This full-time on-site role, based in Trivandrum, involves spearheading full-life cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will also play a crucial role in enhancing employer branding initiatives and conducting effective interviews.

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of sourcing methods to identify top talent.- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the NBFC/BFSI sector.- Proven track record in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring processes.- Strong understanding of employer branding concepts and strategies.- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.- Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment techniques.Job openings:
