The role

This is an exciting opportunity for ’Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter’ to join our team, and contributes to the growth and development of a business operations in Central Asia and South Asia countries by support international talent search, expatriate engineering recruitment, talent mining and pipelining, and international bid/tender support.

Key Responsibilities shall include the following, but not limited to:

  • As an individual contributor, you are drive the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities as per assigned by the APAC Recruitment Head
  • To help create a sustainable talent acquisition strategy, including identifying future talent needs with the Business Leaders and proactively developing the talent pool
  • To manage all job profiles, ensuring they are high quality and accurate
  • To oversee employer branding activities on the assigned country
  • To monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategies are in line with the market
  • To participate in employment events, such as career fairs and talks
  • To identify potential talents based on the needs of the business and of the ongoing projects
  • To manage talent sourcing and resourcing for the tenders, biddings and proposal pursuit of the business
  • To maintain knowledge on all industry trends to ensure compliance with all recruitment guidelines

Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Has a Bachelor’s Degree in any Disciplines
  • Has 4-7 Years of Total Recruitment Experience
  • Has at least 3-4 years of experience on international recruitment and placements and tenders/proposals for Donor Funded Projects
  • Has knowledge of CV Database Management, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
  • Has ability to conduct different types of interviews (i.e., structured, stress, competency based and behavioural)
  • Has Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Has ability to collaborate with other members of the business and is a good team player
  • Has experience in using Workday will be an advantage
  • Has strong negotiation and time-management skills
  • He/she is Fluent in English
  • This position is intended for Recruiter who wished to go on business travels within South Asia and Central Asia/Caucasus regions
