We are looking for Tech. Support Executive profile. Please find the details below.

Responsible for providing telephone and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products. Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to computers, routers, and printers.

Fixation of virus and malware intrusion etc.

Diagnosis resolution of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.

Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.

Required Skills

And Qualification For The Profile
  • Graduate/Pursuing Graduation/Dropouts.
  • 0-6 months experience in voice support in BPO/KPO/IT.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and as well as written.
  • Comfortable working in a 24x7 working environment.
  • Immediate joiner is preferred.
