Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Executive. As a Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing customer and technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and delivering excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing and resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: BCA, B.TECH (CSE)

  • Analytical Skills, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support
  • Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
