Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller cum Sales Assistant at Dolphin Group-Chawla Properties located in Panchkula. The Telecaller cum Sales Assistant will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, responding to their inquiries, and assisting them in purchasing properties. The Telecaller cum Sales Assistant will also be responsible for keeping track of customer information and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service
  • Ability to persuade customers and close a sale
  • Good organizing and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and achieve targets
  • Proficient in basic computer skills such as Excel, Word and Outlook and Google tools
  • Degree or diploma in any field
