Job description : - Tele caller

  • Calling the parents and explaining them about the programs and courses offered by the Company.
  • Regular Follow up with Students/Parents for driving walk- ins to the Academy.
  • Providing information to students or parents about various courses and career options.
  • Ensuring all the follow up’s and details are updated in CRM.
  • Preparing student or parent data and providing information over the phone
  • Responsible for the achievement of Monthly Walk- in target
  • Maintain and manage the application database at all times and keep them updated. To provide all the required administrative support to all the departments at all times and adhere to strict guidelines while performing the same.
  • Abroad educational counselling.

Note: - This Role does not include any Sales, But Telecallers has to ensure that
desired number of Walkin’s are generated month on month.

Desired candidate:

  • Female candidates.
  • Languages: Telugu, English, Hindi.
  • Able to commute to hyderabad.
  • Must have great passion for telecalling.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type : Full-time, Permanent, Work from office.

Salary : 15K to 20k.

Schedule : Day shift.

Location : Texas international academy, Plot No. 217, kavuri hills phase 2 road; Madhapur, Hyderabad.
