What You Will Enjoy Doing

Break down maintenance of the molds.
Daily Autonomous maintenance of all moulds must be carried out.
To handle tools, Machines, assets, and measuring instruments in proper manner.
Spare parts utilisation and record
Analysis of damaged part and replace wherever needed, Spare stock) and spare parts record keeping.
Preventive to be done as soon as mould unloaded.
Documents to be maintain according to the Tool Room SOP.
