Role: HR - Technical Recruiter

Experience - 6 months - 1 year (mandatory)

Work Location - Thanjavur, On-Site

Preferred – Candidates in and around Thanjavur, Tamilnadu

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter at Merkat Intellekt Technologies Pvt Ltd located in Thanjavur. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting. The role will also require strong communication skills, as the Technical Recruiter will need to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Not a WFH.
  • Must have at least 6 monthsto 1 year of IT recruitment experience.
  • Good experience in sourcing profiles using a mix of channels like web portals, advertisements, walk-ins, professional networking, personal references, headhunting, and vendors.
  • Effective utilization of the portals, referral methods, and other varied techniques like headhunting and cold calling.
  • Familiarity with Top Grading or other recruiting methodologies is highly desired.
  • Must be able to uphold and manage a good ‘Candidate experience’
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks with the right prioritization
  • Any experience working with scaling startups is a huge plus.
  • Experience hiring for culture and core values is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
