Looking for a leading organization into Logistics and Supply chain services.


Main Accountabilities

  • Drafting & Vetting of Agreement (Rent Agreement, Lease Deed, Consignee Agreement), Special Power Of Attorney, General Power of Attorney.
  • Drafting different complaint, plaint, petition, Applications, legal notice.
  • Maintaining case file and documentation.
  • Coordination with various lawyers for case hearings
  • Coordinating with the Corporate Legal Department for Legal Compliance of their respective Regions.
  • MIS reporting of Legal Department of assigned Regions.
