Roles and Responsibilities

A minimum of 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a IT Environment.

Should have good hands-on experience in head hunting.


Experience functioning within CRM & Applicant Tracking Systems.

Good customer handling experience is needed.


Comprehensive knowledge of talent markets and trends in technical talent, company mapping, professional networking, passive sourcing, LinkedIn search.

Ability to effectively assess tools and platforms needed to find top tier talent.


Experience in conducting market research and proven ability to adjust searches accordingly

Manage all vendor relationships for job sourcing tools, tracking ROI, and managing usage data.

Creativity in approaching and sourcing hard to fill positions after all other resources have been exhausted


Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships both internal and external clients.

A clear understanding of the recruitment process and the importance of the candidate experience and willingness to enhance processes to provide a stronger experience.
