JD FOR HR

v End to end responsibility of Recruitment Co-ordination: schedule, source, screen and manage for internal and external requirement.

v End to end responsibility of employee on-boarding, transfer and exit related processes

v Ensuring proper filing of relevant documents in employee files and regular audits of the same.

v Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, policies and guidelines. Coordination with other departments such as recruitment, admin, and finance for the above.

v Manage and update to HR by providing timely and relevant data. Be responsible for employee engagement at location.

v Conceptualize, plan and organize events as well as manage the employee engagement team.

v Attendance Leave management Track the attendance of all employees in provided format.

vinputs for salary processing / payroll: Providing inputs such as attendance summary leave summary other deductions to payroll in specified format for processing payroll.

v Employees data record update maintenance-to include employee’s details, resigned, revised salary, probation records, and statutory documents.

v Data management of all documents and files. Etc.

v Managing vendor list, managing contracts and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers.

v Responsible for taking care of other HR Related activities, Organizing any office operations and procedures.
