Job Title: Virtual Reception

Location: Remote

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Virtual Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for individuals seeking our immigration services. This is a remote, full-time position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to our mission of making immigration dreams a reality at the comfort of your home.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Call Handling:Answering incoming calls, screening, and forwarding them as necessary.
  • Appointment Scheduling:Scheduling appointments and meetings on behalf of clients or team members.
  • Calendar Maintenance:Managing calendars of our migration agents and team members as needed.
  • Database Maintenance: Update and maintain client records in our CRM system accurately.
  • Administrative Support:Provide general administrative assistance to our migration agents and team members as needed.
  • Customer Service:Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Email Management:Efficiently managing email correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
  • Professional Representation:Representing the organisation in a professional and courteous manner during all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Language Skills: A minimum score of 7 in the IELTS Speaking and Listening test.
  • Education: Completion of schooling from the ICSE board is advantageous.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to use virtual tools and software for efficient remote work.
  • Reliability: Demonstrated reliability and a strong customer-focused approach.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote Work Hours:The position involves remote work from 4 am to 12 pm (IST), equivalent to 9 am to 5 pm (AEDT/AEST).
  • Home Office:Requires a home office setup with a reliable and high-speed internet connection.

Remuneration Package:

We offer a competitive remuneration package of 1.6 Lakhs per year (₹13.4k per month).
