Role Summary

Operations Executive (Non-Mfg Ops): Responsible for overseeing several product and/or service operations functions in a non-manufacturing environment globally, or for a sub-part of the overall organization (major region, region, country, group, division, subsidiary, or other sub-part). Leads the organization’s effort to develop and improve non-manufacturing operations through efficient and effective integrated processes, implementing common management processes/services to leverage organization resources. Directs operations review of cost and service structures, productivity measures and delivery methods to achieve planned ROI. Survey Tip: Match 1117 if position is at the VP level and has Director-level and below direct reports. Match 1118 if position is at the SVP level and has VP-level and below direct reports. If incumbent has responsibility for operations in a manufacturing company, match to Operations Executive (Mfg Ops) (1107-1108).
