Responsibilities

  • Actively monitor the media landscape
  • Planning Product PR strategies and campaigns
  • Writing and editing press releases
  • Producing presentations
  • Dealing with enquiries from the press and related organisations
  • Organising and attending press conferences and briefings
  • Engaging with media through Relationship Building Meetings
  • Analysing media coverage
  • Commissioning and undertaking relevant market research
  • Liaising with internal teams and agencies about budgets, timelines and objectives
  • May also be required to carry out other marketing responsibilities such as working on social media posts, reports, and bite-sized communications for internal distribution.

Desired Competencies

  • 7-10 years of overall experience
  • PR experience in the product space (smartphones, tablets, IoT)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of the media landscape
