As an Punjabi Input desk manager, you would be managing content input for the Public app. Public app has the largest contributor network in the country with 5000+ content creators posting 1M+ videos every month.


Key Responsibilities -

  • Identify/recruit contributors across different cities
  • Onboard them and design training processes for them
  • Define processes for monitoring their performance & providing long-term support
  • Ensure smooth and efficient content delivery from the assigned state

NOTE: The candidate should be able to read, write & speak in Punjabi


Requirements-

  • Strong analytical foundation with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong intellectual curiosity
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Proficiency in Excel

Graduation/Post-Graduation in journalism from a tier-1 institute is required


Work-ex: Minimum 3 years in media
