  • Should be responsible for procurement of material and services from vendors and rate contract management.
  • Devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies to identify and develop multiple sources for various goods and services.
  • Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships
  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms for ordering necessary goods and services
  • Finalize details of orders and deliveries and release the purchase order.
  • Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Collaborate with key stake-holders to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
  • Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers
  • Anticipate unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
  • Perform risk management regarding supply contracts and agreements
  • Controls spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
  • Ensure on time delivery of all assets and track orders
  • Maintain a record of all the existing and new assets with all details
  • Handover assets as per requirement to stakeholders and keep an inventory record
