Aqgormalin is a tech driven farm diversification platform enabling farmers to diversify into Animal Husbandry and Aquaculture. We work both on the upstream and downstream of the farm gate through a full stack tech solution. Farmers can order high quality inputs via our app AQAI and get it delivered to their farm gate. Post-harvest, our downstream trading platform enables farmers to exit the produce through our network of traders, retailers (butcher-shop and fish stalls), and exporters.

We are looking for

Designation : Purchase Executive

Location :Jaipur/ Ajmer/ Jodhpur/ Alwar

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor selection, Vendor onboarding, Price negotiation, Willing to travel
  • Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers
  • Quality checking of livestock, feed etc.
  • Responsible for identifying necessary products and services to support daily operations- logistics coordination , ensuring smooth operations thereby in enhancing the productivity.
  • Comparison of pricing on a aregular basis to ensure cost control measures.
  • Regular analysis to be done on all the parameters and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing strategy
  • Write sourcing documentation and statements
  • Need to travel extensively
  • Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
  • Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations
  • Responsible for identifying necessary products and services to support daily operations- logistics coordination , crucial role in companys operations as well as productivity.
  • Upkeep of work reports .
Knowledge & Skill requirement
  • Previous working experience as Purchase executive for 2 or more years
  • Outstanding negotiation abilities
  • Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills
  • Sense of ownership
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Management skills
  • Knowledge of local language (Mandatory), have to travel extensively.
RequirementsQualification

Graduate, Min 2 yrs experience in relevant profile, Well versed in Hindi & Local Language (preferred), Proficient in MS Office, Mailing
