Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry,
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements, including WHO-GMP.
  • Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of relevant software for quality documentation and data analysis is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is desirable.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections at various stages of production to identify any deviations or non-conformities.
  • Create and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and testing records.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
  • Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and the implementation of effective corrective actions.
