Profile of the Candidate : Majorly entail start-up finance advisory, financial due diligence, equity & debt structuring, valuations, transaction support, accounting for startup clients

Job Description

  • Assistance in financial due diligence for target company
  • Vendor due diligence
  • Assistance in preparations of valuations
  • Accounting and Tax filings for startup clients
  • Regulatory support
  • Tax and instrument structuring
  • Building performance and revenue reporting models, assisting in the preparation of revenue forecasts and business metrics reports
  • Advisory on investment transactions
  • Preparation of MIS reports providing feedback to client’s top management on financial performance.

Pre Requisites:

  • Chartered Accountant (preferably with an audit or accounting background)
  • 1 to 2 years post qualification (with a Big 4 or any other reputed CA firm organisation)
  • Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel,Word, power point, Tally
  • Excellent Communication Skills.

Educational Qualification : Chartered Accountant*

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
