Roles and Responsibilities
Quality Assurance and Quality Control Executive is responsible for:
- Assist QC Manager in development of procedures and manuals for quality certifications such as BRC and ISO 22000
- Ensuring all the products manufactured are as per the technical specifications
- Development of Technical Specifications for new products
- QC check of all incoming raw material and packing material
- Working with the production manager to improve effectiveness of the production processes
Ensuring hygienic conditions in the plant
Desired Candidate Profile
M. Sc (Microbiology) or B. Sc. (Microbiology) with minimum 3 years in a food processing unit in QA/QC role.
The candidate should have practical experience of conducting all necessary QC tests in instrumentation, analytical and microbiology lab for raw material, packing material and finished goods.
