We have a Job Opportunity for Quality Control Incharge at Viraj Profiles Ltd.

Job Description:

  • Study of metallurgical requirement of the customer as per their TDC & Aim Chemistry
  • To establish the process route: Chemistry & Process parameter for achieving the requirement as per the plant process capability
  • Decide process parameters for the new products
  • To control the process parameters through production & process control team.
  • Prepare/Implementation of SOP for inspection and testing of all incoming raw materials, in process and finished products.
  • Train Production Supervisors on SOP & Customer requirements
  • Daily discussion of the process deviation through process control team including chemistry deviations & clearance
  • Setting up the norms to achieve zero deviation by deciding the contingency alternative parameter management
  • Helping QC with plant rejections & disposition
  • To strive for continual improvement by Quality Problem analysis & solving for internal & external failures.
  • To product performance review through internal customer & continual improvement of the same .
  • Reduction in rejection of all quality complaints.
  • To handle internal & external customer complaint investigation, corrective and preventive actions and CAPA are initiated for continual improvement and visit to customer as and when required.


Position Requirement:


  • Metallurgy Engineer with Minimum 15 Years of Experience.
  • Immediate Joiner only.
  • Should be having experience in Stainless Steel industries.
